We ship all over the world. 

Delivery Charges
We charge a flat-rate shipping (on all orders less that US$500.00) by country and pricing will automatically appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying customs charges (if applicable).  

Australasia: $50
South East Asia: $50
China / Japan / South Korea: $60

UK / Europe: $75
Middle East (Qatar, UAE, Kuwait etc.): $90

All orders over US$500.00 are eligible for our FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY promotion and no shipping charges will apply.

Our Preferred Courier
We have looked into numerous courier and forwarding services and have found UPS to be our preferred carrier as they provide efficient and cost affordable freight regardless of the destination. However, we are most willing to accommodate our client’s requests and should they have a preferred service we will certainly make all necessary arrangements per request. 

Shipping Times
Each item we sell is hand made to order and all production times vary per product but we endeavor to produce and dispatch each item in line with the stated production time stated on the website. Once your order is placed, we will send an e-mail confirming the details of your order and the estimates production time and delivery method. Once an order has been made and payment confirmed, we will begin production immediately and endevaour to get it to you as fast as we can. We will email you a confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch. We will then ship it to you via UPS and it should arrive within 5 – 7 business days of dispatch. Stated delivery times are estimates only, and are measured from the date of dispatch. Each address you instruct us to deliver to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable delivery charges. Personalizing a good requires additional processing time for your entire order, and all orders that include Customize goods may take longer to deliver. 

Returning Items
Returning an item(s) is easy. If you decide to return any item(s) it must reach us in its original state within 14 days of receiving goods. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded (exceptions apply). Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5 – 10 working days of receipt. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 3 – 5 working days. Remember to clearly mark your return parcels ‘Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of $0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to duty – this will prevent them being held up at customs. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
